Return policy:
Here at TorchedThreads.com, our goal is to assure you are completely satisfied with your purchase (within the limits of sanity and common sense, of course) and to meet that end we offer replacement, store credit or refunds, depending on the circumstances of your return.
All returns must be made within in thirty (30) days of the original shipping date as reflected on the original invoice. Period. Sorry if it's an inconvenience, but if it isn't an important enough issue for you to get back to us within thirty (30) days, it isn't all that important.
All returns must be in "AS NEW" condition including all packaging. If the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, it is no longer "AS NEW" and will not be accepted for return. In addition, if such an item does get returned to us, it will be requested that you provide postage to return it to you. If this is not provided within thirty (30) days, it will be considered abandoned, washed, and donated to charity in your name.
Having said all that, if we screw up, we will be happy to fix the problem, on our dime. What does this mean? If we ship you the wrong items, size, etc., let us know and we will pay postage for you to send the item(s) back, and when we receive them complete in "as new" condition, we will send out the proper items to you.
So, what if you screw up? Ordered the wrong style, size, etc.? Ok, what the heck, we'll take it back and exchange it for the product/size you need. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, though. We make the mistake, we pay, you make the mistake, you pay, unlike life, the policy is fair.
So now that we've talked about the what's and why's, you probably want to know about the how's. If you need to make a return for any reason, before doing anything else, contact us at service@torchedthreads.com to receive an RMA and, if applicable, a return label. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted. No exceptions. Sorry about that, but to keep everything running smoothly and quickly, the rules must be followed. As always, if there are any questions or concerns, those may also be addressed to our customer service department at service@torchedthreads.com and we will work hard to get all the answers you require.
